I can't say too many good things about the courtesy and competency of Mel's. I drove my 82 Fiat 124Spider to Emporia for the homecoming parade. When getting ready to leave for home in Kansas City on Sunday morning the car started leaking antifreeze badly. An off-duty employee with his wife and kids in tow stopped to help and got it drivable to the shop, It was finished in just a couple of days at a reasonable price. Not only that, but they sent an employee to pick me up at the Emporia U-Haul where I returned my rental vehicle. What great, quality people!!

Excellent customer service. Very attentive and kind personnel. They were able to get our vehicle right in. I was there with my two minor children, two boys. One of the workers gave my youngest son a football to play with to keep him occupied while services were being rendered. Thanks!

I am a contractor from out of town and needed service on my truck. I googled Mel’s tire and blindly chose them. I generally am not a “review” kind of person, but felt compelled to leave one for these guys. These guys are very pleasant, they have a nice shop, and performed great service. If I lived anywhere near there I would have them service my whole fleet! Hope this helps someone!

We had a blowout on the highway on the way to KC and Mel’s was able to get us back on the road and to our destination just in time. They are awesome!!
